This Web site is dedicated to facilitating the transfer (via the planning council's support office) of information from the grantee, the Health Resources and Services Administration and other key federal, state and local agencies to the planners who volunteer their time to ensure that people living with HIV/AIDS in the Baltimore eligible metropolitan area (EMA) (Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, Howard County and Queen Anne's County).
